Personal Injury
The definition is as follows:
A duty which is an obligation recognized by the law requiring the actor to conform to a certain set of standards for the protection of others against unreasonable Risk. A failure to conform to the standards required. A reasonably close causal connection between the conduct and the resulting injury. Actual loss or damage resulting to the interest of another. Personal injury includes automobile accidents, slip and fall accidents, premises liability, products liability. Any failure of a duty to protect the victim from harm whether the negligence is the use of or the manufactured defect of a product. There is a two year statute of limitations meaning the case must be filed within Two years of the injury. We work with an Associate who has thirty years representing clients in personal injury.
